This past year, the staff of Urban Design Ventures, LLC completed 30 Annual Action Plans, 21 Five Year Consolidated Plans, and submitted 16 CAPERs, with 7 in progress. The following is a listing of our present and previous clients and the assignments that our staff has completed for each client.

Urban Design Ventures, LLC was incorporated in 2002 and has experienced steady growth in its client base over these past 24 years.

We have served clients throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the state of West Virginia, and continue to serve numerous clients in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. So far, Urban Design Ventures, LLC has managed over $900 million in grant funds, through:
